What is the load capacity of the Turntables?
GENING Turntables, in their standard version, support loads of up to 2,500 kg.
This load capacity can be increased upon request to 3,500 kg for all GENING Turntable models.
The load capacity for Industrial Turntables (IG) can be increased to 5,000 kg.
What civil works do I need to install GENING Turntables?
GENING Turntables are typically installed flush with the final floor level. The installation area must be lowered 10 cm from the finished floor level, and a small pit is also required around the perimeter of the platform.
If the GENING Turntable is installed above ground level, a perimeter access ramp must be installed. You can count on our advice at all times to ensure the proper execution of the civil works.
What power supply do GENING Turntables need?
The GENING Rotating Platform is powered by a three-phase motor (0.37 kW, IP55, 400 V, 50 Hz) using friction resistance.
A 5×1.5 mm2 electrical line (3 PHASE + 1 NEUTRAL + 1 GROUNDING) must be supplied to the platform control panel.
Who is in charge of transporting and assembling GENING Turntables?
The price of GENING Turntables includes transportation to the construction site and assembly. Each platform weighs approximately 1,000 kg and is delivered to the site in small/medium-sized trucks. If necessary, the client requests a traffic permit and/or road closure from the City Council during unloading.
Can GENING Turntables be installed outdoors?
GENING galvanizes the entire interior metal structure and the plates of its Rotating Platforms, as well as the screws and fixings, giving the platform greater durability and making it suitable for installation in both indoor and outdoor spaces.
What maintenance is required for GENING Turntables?
It is recommended to perform basic annual maintenance under normal operating conditions. Annual maintenance includes a basic inspection of the structure, lubrication and adjustment of all components, and basic cleaning of the engine, as well as the platform’s surface and pit.
What is included in the GENING Warranty for GENING Turntables?
The standard warranty is one year and includes the metal structure and all components.
Repairs required in the event of misuse or fatigue of the electrical equipment and components, or tampering with the system, are not included.
What warranty extension does GENING offer on its turntables?
GENING Turntables and their components are designed and manufactured to the highest standards, and thanks to the galvanizing process of the metal structure, they are prepared for a long service life. For this reason, we can offer extensions to the standard GENING Warranty. If you purchase the Maintenance Service, the Warranty will be extended to two years at no cost. And upon request, the Warranty can be extended to five years.
What factors influence the price of GENING Turntables?
The price of GENING Turntables is “turnkey” and includes design, manufacturing, transport, installation, and commissioning.
The price of each platform includes a remote control.
